Marguerite Willis

During law school, I served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Jennifer E. Willis of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York as well as Honorable Katherine A. Levine of the Kings County Supreme Court where I researched complex legal issues and drafted memoranda and opinions.

I was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society’s Mock Trial Division and the William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Team where I gained advocacy experience competing to resolve international commercial disputes by arbitration.

I also gained experience in entertainment, data protection, employment, and commercial law issues through an internship at the ticketing software company DICE as well as private practice internships working on intellectual property litigation and anti-counterfeiting matters,

Prior to law school, I spent several years as a paralegal on litigation and transactional teams which provided me with a strong practical foundation and a detail-oriented approach to legal practice.
